1) General Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of 5 Two-Unit Residential Buildings With Three Floors For The Needs Of Social Housing Construction. The Basic Function Will Be The Residential Function, And The Complementary Function Will Be The Garage Function (Open Garages Under The Buildings) And The Recreational Function (Green Areas With A Public Recreation Area). The Whole Will Be Supplemented With The Necessary Communication Infrastructure (Access Roads, Ramps) And Technical Infrastructure (Construction Equipment, Retaining Walls, External Installations And Connections).
