Tenders Are Invited For Mechanical Cleaning Of Beaches In The Kosakowo Commune In 2026

I. Subject Matter Of The Orderthe Subject Of The Order Is The Mechanical Cleaning Of Beaches Located In The Kosakowo Commune With A Total Length Of Approximately 5,000 M, Excluding Areas Fenced Off For Third-Party Activities. The Services Apply To The Following Beaches: 1) Beach A - A Section With A Length Of Approx. 1,000 Meters, From The Beach In Mechelinki To The Base Of Cypla Rewski Together With The Beach On The Headland, 2) Beach B - A Section With A Length Of Approx. 2,500 Meters, From The Beach To The Base Of Cypla Rewski To The Mouth Of The Canal.3) Beach C - A Section With A Length Of Approx. 1,300 Meters, From The Outlet Of The Discharge Channel - Treated Sewage From Grupowa Dębogórze Sewage Treatment Plant Southwards To A Place On The Beach At The Entrance Stairs From The Cliff. Maps Illustrating The Area Subject To Treatment Are Indicative - Annex No. 9 To Swz.1. Characteristics And Scope Of Services Constituting The Subject Of The Order: 1) Sand Cleaning - Includes: A) Disassembly And Reassembly Of Seasonal Rubber Mat Slopes Located On Beaches In The North. Locations: - Plots No. 230, 104/3, 99/4, Mechelinki Precinct, Plot No. 1/1, Kosakowo Zatoka Precinct, Kosakowo Commune (Near The Open-Air Museum), - Plot No. 99/6 And 1/2 Mechelinki Precinct (Opposite The Stage), - Plot No. 35/17, Rewa Precinct (From Ul. Koralowa), - Plots 147/71, 146/8 And 146/9, Rewa Precinct, Kosakowo Commune (Near The Skipper Hotel), - Plots 50, Rewa Precinct And 1/3 Kosakowo Zatoka Precinct (Near The Natural Monument, Ul. Mor-Ska). Maps Illustrating The Arrangement Of Rubber Mat Exits - Appendix No. 10 To Swz. Note Each Time The Connected Rubber Mats Are Lifted, Cause Damage To The Connectors That Connect Individual Elements. Damage To The Connectors Leads To Disconnection Of The Connections Between The Mats And May Pose A Threat To Users. In The Event Of Damage, The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Repair The Damage. B) Mechanical Sifting Of Beach Sand To A Depth Necessary To Eliminate At A Depth Of At Least 25 Cm Contaminants Such As: Cigarette Butts, Household And Other Waste Of Organic Origin, C) Aeration And Loosening Of The Sand By Turning Over Its Bottom Layer, D) Leveling The Beach Area To Eliminate Depressions And Hills, E) Waste And Sewage Removal Collected As A Result Of The Above-Mentioned Activities For Storage, Neutralization And Disposal In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. During The Contract Period, The Service Will Be Provided At The Request Of The Ordering Party (Notification Form: E-Mail, Telephone, Text Message) (Sand Cleaning Should Take Place In The Early Morning Until A Maximum Of 8:00 A.M., However, The Removal Of Machines From The Beach Area After Completed Work Cannot Disturb The Operation Of Swimming Areas). The Ordering Party Expects To Provide Approximately 45 (Forty-Five) Such Treatments, Where 1 Treatment Means One Sand Cleaning Service On 1 Beach Covered By The Order. 2) Sand Aeration - Includes A) A Set Of Mechanic
