Tenders Are Invited For Training Services In The Implementation Of Professional Training/Courses For Students And Teachers As Part Of The Project Entitled: Qualified Graduate = Excellent Employee
1. The Subject Of The Order Are Training Services In The Field Of Professional Training/Courses For Students And Teachers Along With Examinations, Leading To The Acquisition Of Skills And New Professional Competences As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Entitled: Qualified Graduate = Excellent Employee Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027, Contract No. Feld.08.08-Iz.00-0089/23-00.2. The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex 9 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor May Submit One Clearly Described Offer For The Entire Procedure. 3. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Conduct Training In Accordance With The Framework Training Program Indicated In The Opz2) Provide Training Staff That Meets The Requirements Indicated In The Opz4. Maintaining Documentation Of The Training: A. Curriculum Including At Least: Name Of The Classes, Total Number Of Hours, Duration And Method Of Organizing The Classes, Place Of The Classes, Name And Surname Of The Person Conducting The Classes, Learning Objectives, Description Of Learning Outcomes, Outline Of Classes, Method And Form Of Assessment, B. Schedule Of Classes, Including At Least: Date And Place Of Classes, Name Of Classes, Name And Surname Of The Lecturer And Hours Of Classes. The Schedule Must Be Agreed With The Ordering Party Immediately After Signing The Contract, C. A Diary Of Educational Activities Containing Topics And Hours Of Educational Activities, D. Attendance List Containing: Name, Surname And Signature Of The Training Participant And Trainer, E. A List Confirming Receipt Of Training Materials By Participants, F. 1 Copy Of Teaching Materials (Paper/Electronic Version), G. Photocopies Of Certificates/Diplomas/Certificates Issued To Participants Confirming The Acquisition Of Competences, H. A Register Of Issued Certificates/Diplomas/Attestations With Confirmation Of Their Receipt By Persons Participating In The Classes (List Of Receipt Of Certificates), I. Documentation From Competency Tests/Internal Examinations, Including The Examination Report Along With The Participants Results;J. Photographic Documentation Of The Training - Min. 5 Photos, K. Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Confirming The Provision Of Services5. Carrying Out An Evaluation Consisting Of: A. Conducting Surveys (Provided By The Ordering Party) B. Preparing And Conducting A Pre-Test, Post-Test And/Or Internal Exam In All Thematic Modules For Participants. Validation Cannot Be Performed By The Same Person Who Conducted The Training.C. Preparation Of The Internal Examination Report.D. Preparation Of A Register Of Issued Certificates.6. During Classes, The Principle Of Equal Opportunities Will Be Maintained, Including Gender Equality And Accessibility For People With Disabilities.7.
