Part I: Successive Delivery Of Crushed Stone1) The Order Concerns The Delivery To The Magnuszew Commune Of Natural Crushed Aggregate - A Dolomite Mixture With Continuous Grain Size 0-31.5 Mm Intended For Hardening Road Surfaces In The Magnuszew Commune In An Amount Of Approx. 700 Tons 2) The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Successively, At Each Request Of The Ordering Party (By Telephone, E-Mail Or In Writing), Within No Longer Than 4 Business Days From The Date Of Notification Of The Demand.3) Place Of Delivery - Municipal Square, Ul. Partyzatów 2C, 26-910 Magnuszew Or The Road Section Directly Indicated By The Ordering Party (In The Magnuszew Commune), On A Working Day From Monday To Friday During Office Opening Hours. 4) Technical Specifications, Properties, Requirements, Certificates) The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of Aggregate With A Fraction Of 0-31.5 Mm. B) The Delivered Aggregate Will Have The Approvals, Certificates And Quality Certificates Required By Law In Accordance With The Pn-En 13242+A1:2010 Standard, Which The Contractor Will Confirm By Submitting Approvals Or Certificates Along With The Offer And A Declaration Of Performance Confirming Compliance With The Above-Mentioned Standard - The Said Means Of Evidence. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Provide These Documents To The Ordering Party With Each Delivery. C) The Crushed Stone Should Have Appropriate Granulation, Which Means Uniform Grain Size Distribution. D) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Materials Such As Marl, Chalk And Limestone. E) The Aggregate Should Be Clean, Without Admixtures Of Undesirable Materials Such As: Metal Waste, Asbestos, Plastic, Wood, Clay; If The Above-Mentioned Contaminants Are Found In The Content Of The Aggregate, The Ordering Party Will Refuse To Accept The Delivery. F) Required Color: White Or Gray. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Material With A Pink Or Orange Color (Indicating A High Content Of Iron Or Magnesium Oxides).G) The Crushed Stone Should Be Resistant To Cyclic Freezing And Thawing So That It Does Not Degrade In Winter Conditions.H) The Contractor (Driver Of Each Vehicle) Is Obliged To Undergo The Weighing Procedure On A Scale Owned By The Ordering Party Located In Magnuszew (District No. 1444, Magnuszew District). The Weighing Will Take Place In The Presence Of The Ordering Partys Representative. I) Weighing Will Take Place After Entering The Commune And After Unloading The Aggregate (Full And Empty Truck). J) The Basis For Quantitative Settlement Will Be The Result Of Weighing On A Scale Belonging To The Ordering Party. K) The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Quality Of The Delivered Material And For The Correct Organization Of Transport And Delivery, Including Ensuring Health And Safety.5) Transport And Delivery, Acceptance Procedure A) The Crushed Stone Should Be Transported In A Way That Prevents Contamination And Degradation Of The Material.
