Tenders Are Invited For Implementation Of An Educational Service Consisting In Organizing And Conducting Training For People Carrying Out Tasks In The Field Of Counteracting Domestic Violence In The Lubuskie Voivodeship
Description Of The Subject Of The Order Regarding Part I.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization And Conduct Of Three-Day, Full-Time Training In Three Editions (Each Edition Covering 3 Days Of Training) In The Field Of Counteracting Domestic Violence.2. Form Of Service: Stationary3. Purpose Of The Service: To Improve The Knowledge And Competences Of Training Participants In The Broadly Understood Field Of Counteracting Domestic Violence, In Accordance With Art. 9A Section 5A And 12A Of The Act Of July 29, 2005 On Counteracting Domestic Violence (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1673).4. Target Group: Training Participants: 1) Training Participants Include: Members Of Interdisciplinary Teams, Diagnostic And Assistance Groups And Other People Operating In The Field Of Counteracting Domestic Violence, Representing, Among Others, Local Government Units, Social Welfare Organizational Units, Specialized Support Centers For People Experiencing Domestic Violence, Law Enforcement And Justice Authorities, Health Care And Education Units.2) The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Treat The Participants At Every Stage Of The Subject Of The Order As An Inseparable Group (Training, Accommodation, Meals, Etc.). Number Of Training Participants. The Training Service Will Be Carried Out In Three Editions And The Total Number Of Participants Will Be A Maximum Of 60 People For All Editions. One Edition = 20 People (3 X 20 People) For Three (3) Training Days, Which Will Include Theoretical Classes And Practical Classes. Similarly, In The Case Of The Second And Third Editions, But Each Edition Is A Separate Group Of 20 People. Therefore, Three Editions Of 20 People Each (3 X 20) Equals A Total Of 60 Participants In All Editions. If The Ordering Party Exercises The Right Of Option, The Total Number Of Participants In An Additional Edition Of Training May Increase By A Maximum Of 20 People (1 Additional Edition Of Training) And Will Amount To A Maximum Of 80 People. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Participation Of A Minimum Number Of 15 People In Each Training. Number Of Hours Of Training. The Ordering Party Requires 3 Editions Of Training. One Edition Includes 3 Training Days, 8 Teaching Hours Each Day, I.E. Each Edition Includes 24 Teaching Hours. The Total Number Of Training Hours For All Editions: 72 Teaching Hours. 1 Teaching Hour = 45 Minutes. During Each Edition Of The Training, Two Blocks Should Be Introduced: An Educational/Practical Block (Concerning Selected Topics In The Psychological Context, Related To Working With People Experiencing Violence And Using Violence) And A Legal Block (Concerning Indicated Topics In Terms Of Legal Aspects). During Each Training Day, Two Breaks Of 15 Minutes Should Be Planned. The Contractor Will Provide One Representative Of The Ordering Party With Active Participation And Supervision During The Training Service.
