The Object Of The Public Procurement Contract That Is To Be Awarded Is To Supply A Number Of 3 Units Of Electric Minibuses Within The Project Electric Minibuses For Students In Mehedinti County With A Capacity Of 16 + 1 Seats. Uat Mehedinti County Obtained The Funding Granted By The Ministry Of Education Within The Call For Electric Minibuses For Students Through Pnrr/Pillar Vi, Policies For The New Generation/Component C 15: Education/Reform 6: Updating The Legislative Framework To Ensure Ecological Design, Construction And Endowment Standards In The Pre-University Education System. Investment 10: Development Of Green Schools And Purchase Of Green Minibuses. Not All Schools In Mehedinți County Can Ensure The Transport Of Students To And From School, And Others Have Means Of Transport That Do Not Ensure Transport In Optimal Conditions For Students And Present A High Level Of Carbon Emissions, With An Effect On The Quality Of The Environment, Which Is Why This Purchase Was Considered Appropriate. Through This Procedure, It Aims To Purchase 3 Electric Minibuses, With A Capacity Of 16+1 Seats, In Order To Ensure The Transport Of Students From Rural Areas In Mehedinți County, Who Do Not Have Schools In Their Home Town. The Acquisition Targets The Three Pillars Of The Concept Of Sustainability, Respectively: Social, Economic And Environmental. The 16+1 Seater Electric Minibuses Will Be Structured With A Single Section (Non-Articulated And Without A Floor), In A Construction With A Lowered Floor, And Will Be Equipped With Access Facilities For People With Reduced Mobility (Ramp And/Or Other Specific Equipment), Being Intended For School Transport, Complying With The Provisions Of Directive 2009/33/Ec Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of April 23, 2009 Regarding The Promotion Of Vehicles Of Non-Polluting And Energy-Efficient Road Transport And In Regulation No. 51 Of 2007 Of The United Nations Economic Commission For Europe (Unece).
