Socio-Educational Intervention Service For Children And Adolescents Aged 0 To 12 At Risk And Families Of Children And Adolescents Aged 0 To 18 From Castellar Del Vallès.The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Socio-Educational Intervention Service, Which Includes The Planning, Execution, Stimulation, Monitoring And Evaluation Of Actions Aimed At The Prevention, Detection And Addressing Of Social Risk Situations. The Service Is Addressed: • To Children And Adolescents From 0 To 12 Years Old In Situations Of Social Risk, And • To Families With Children And Adolescents From 0 To 18 Years Who Present Factors Of Vulnerability Or Risk. The Service Is Provided Mainly Outside School Hours During School Periods, And Aims To Support The Integral Development Of Children And Adolescents, Promoting Their Personal Autonomy, Socialization, The Acquisition Of Basic Learning And Emotional Well-Being, As Well As Promoting Permanence And Bonding With The Core Family. The Actions Of The Service Are Developed Through Individualized, Group, Family And Community Interventions, As Well As Through Networking With The Social, Educational, Health Services And Other Agents Of The Territory, With The Aim Of Compensating For Personal, Family And Social Shortcomings And Preventing Situations Of Greater Risk Or Helplessness. The Main Lines Of Intervention Of The Contract Are The Following: - Support Service For Families With Children From 0 To 3 Years At Risk.-Day Care Service For Children From 3 To 12 Years At Risk. -Intervention Service With Families With Children From 0 To 18 Years At Risk
