The Supplier Market Is Also Asked To Note That Municipalities Need To Use More Channels And Formats (Digital Surfaces And Print), And That The Ordering And Follow-Up Process Must Support The Municipalities Internal Workflow. Harstad Municipality Is The Client On Behalf Of The Municipalities Included In The Procurement. It Is Also Specified That The Participating Municipalities Are Each Responsible For Their Obligations In Connection With The Implementation Of The Framework Agreement. Claims Cannot Be Asserted Against The Municipalities As A Whole, But Only Against The Municipality Which Has Caused Any Contractual Deviation. The Delivery Must Include The Necessary Production Support Related To The Design And Adaptation Of Advertising Material, As Well As The Delivery Of Documentation On Publication And Available Statistics/Reporting For Completed Campaigns And Indents. Furthermore, The Supplier Must Offer A Web-Based Ordering And Management Solution That Supports Ordering, Approval And Follow-Up, And Which Provides An Overall Overview Of Status And History. The Solution Must Also Be Able To Support Integration With The Municipalitys Recruitment/Hr System.
