One Of The Purposes Of Establishing A Framework Agreement Is To Ensure Efficiency In The Procurement Processes. It Is Also A Goal That The Framework Agreement Should Ensure Stability And Predictable Frameworks. The Framework Agreement Is Intended To Cover The Main Part Of The Clients Continuous Needs For Services Covered In This Competition. Vindafjord Municipality, Hereafter Called Vk, Aims To Enter Into An Agreement For The Purchase Of Electrical Equipment And Services. The Agreement Applies To Electrician Work (Repairs, Maintenance, Installations, Conversion Etc.) And Material As Described In This Document. Vindafjord Municipality Has A Total Building Stock Of Approx. 33,000M2. For An Overview Of Municipal Buildings, See Appendix A - Property Overview. The Number Of Properties Will Change During The Contract Period. Electrician Services Will Typically Include The Following Work: * Service And Maintenance Of Electrical Installations And Computer Networks In Municipal Buildings * Troubleshooting And Repair Of Electrical Installations Expansion / Upgrading Of Existing Facilities * Establishment Of New Electrical Installations Assembly Work * Authorized Inspection Of Commercial Buildings With Thermography Every 3 Years Authorized Inspection Of Commercial Buildings With Thermography Every Year For Institutions. * Authorized Inspection Of 24/7 Buildings Must Be Annual. * Authorized Inspection Of Municipal Housing With Thermography Every 3 Years * Annual Fse Course For The Municipalitys Operating Personnel * Follow-Up After Fse Course With Training Of Operating Personnel At The Relevant Buildings. * Purchase Of Electrical Equipment, Light Bulbs, Lamps, Electric Heating Sources Etc. * Urgent Assignments, Including Urgent Assignments * The Contract Includes Delivery Of Electrical Equipment And Handling Of Discarded Electrical Equipment. * If Necessary, The Supplier Must Enter Fdv Documentation In Famacweb. Investment Projects Are Not Covered By This Agreement. The Client Reserves The Right To Send Out A Request When A Single Order Exceeds 100,000 Ex.Mva. During The Agreement Period, Vindafjord Municipality Will Be Able To Accept Orders Via Famacweb.
