The Dam Is Planned With A Spillway For Most Of Its Length, Initially In Two Levels, As Well As Two Bottom Tapping Arrangements. All Parts Of The Existing Dam Are Replaced. Dam Kolsjø Was Originally A Timber Floating Dam Built In 1864 And Last Rehabilitated In The Period 1900-1902. Most Of The Dam Is Very Low, And Large Parts Of The Dam Are At Approximately The Same Height As The Terrain. There Are Two Deep Runs, The Highest Estimated To Be Approx. 2.1 Meters.
