The Purpose Of The Contract Consists Of The Execution Of The Works With Partial Supply Of Materials For Protected Housing Buildings, Parking Spaces And Storage Rooms, With Partially Industrialized Techniques On The R2 Plot Of El Lomo De Maspalomas, In The Municipality Of San Bartolome De Tirajana (Gran Canaria), Including The Service Of Drafting The Basic Project And Execution Of Building And Facilities And Drafting Of The Study And Coordination Of Health And Safety, As Well As Management Of Work Of All Disciplines, With The Peculiarities That Are Included In This Document And In The Ppt. This Is A Mixed Contract That Includes, As A Unitary And Integrated Provision, The Drafting Of The Necessary Technical Projects, The Execution Of The Works And The Proposal By The Successful Bidder Of The Technical Team To Assume The Project Management Of The Works, All With Respect To The Promotion Of Subsidized Housing On Plot R2 Of El Lomo De Maspalomas. For The Purposes Of This Document, The Project Management Includes The Works Management, The Work Execution Management And The Health And Safety Coordination During The Execution Of The Works, With The Scope Of Law 38/1999, Of November 5, On Building Planning, And Other Applicable Regulations. The Benefit Corresponding To The Project Management Is Part Of The Functional Scheme Of The Tender And Must Be Defined In The Offer Of The Successful Bidder Through The Nominative Identification Of The Proposed Technicians, Their Qualifications, Experience, Dedication Regime And Fees. However, The Contractual Formalization Of The Professional Assignments Of Project Management Will Be Carried Out Directly By Visocan With The Technicians Proposed By The Successful Bidder And Accepted By Visocan, Without Said Assignments Being Formally Integrated Into The Main Economic Contractual Relationship Of Project And Execution Of Work. Consequently, The Successful Bidder Assumes Towards Visocan The Essential Obligation To Present In The Offer A Suitable Project Management Team, Independent Of The Construction Company And Available For Direct Contracting By Visocan, In The Terms Established In This Document.
