Building-Cleaning Services – Contract For The Provision Of The Cleaning Service For The Headquarters Of The Territorial Delegation In Seville Of Social Inclusion, Youth, Families And Equality. At The Territorial Delegation In Seville For Social Inclusion, Youth, Families And Equality, Located At C/ Luis Montoto, Nº 89, A Significant Number Of People Are Served Daily Who Attend To Request Information And Carry Out Procedures For The Different Procedures That Are The Responsibility Of This Territorial Delegation. In Turn, Public Employees Access Their Offices Daily To Carry Out The Functions Entrusted To Them. This Contract Aims To Guarantee The Permanent Operation Of Its Headquarters, With The Appropriate Level Of Benefits, In Conditions Of Maximum Safety, Health, Quality And Efficiency Of The Service, Complying With Mandatory Legal Regulations. Currently, In The List Of Jobs Assigned To This Territorial Delegation, There Is A Provision Of Staff To Carry Out These Tasks, Although They Are Insufficient To Adequately Carry Out The Cleaning Actions Necessary To Guarantee Adequate Provision Of Public Services. This Is Why It Is Necessary To Proceed With The Hiring Of A New Cleaning Service That Covers The Need Described. Its Division Into Lots Has Not Been Contemplated Because The Activities To Be Carried Out To Fulfill The Cleaning Function Covered By The Contract Are Homogeneous In Nature, And The Need To Coordinate The Execution Of The Different Services Could Be Made Impossible By Its Division Into Lots, According To The Provisions Of Article 99.3 Of The Lcsp. Furthermore, The Headquarters Of The Territorial Delegation In Seville For Social Inclusion, Youth, Families And Equality Is The Only Place Where The Service Object Of This Contract Will Be Carried Out.
