The Social Transport Service Is Provided To Persons (Hereafter Referred To As The Client Or Clients) Who, Due To Special Physical Or Mental Needs, Have An Obstacle In The Use Of A Private Or Public Vehicle And Who Need Safe Transport To Travel To A Treatment, Rehabilitation, Educational Institution Or To Work And To Use Public Services With Assistance When Entering And Exiting The Means Of Transport. The Procurement Is Divided Into Two Parts.
