Tenders Are Invited For Running The Canteen In The Girls Hostel Of The University Of Vavuniya

Tenders are invited for Running the Canteen in the Girls Hostel of the University of Vavuniya. Bidding documents, including the application and terms and conditions can be obtained from the Student Welfare Division of the University of Vavuniya, Pampaimadu, Vavuniya, from 08th April 2026 to 23rd April 2026, between 9:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on working days. Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000.00 through the official website (www.vau.ac.lk) and present the online payment receipt when collecting the bidding documents. If applying for more than one canteen, a separate payment of Rs. 2,000.00 should be made for each canteen, and a separate application form should be submitted for each. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 23rd April 2026 at 10.00 am in the Office of the Deputy Registrar, Student & Welfare Division. All bidders are requested to participate at the meeting for any clarifications to be made by the bidders.
