General Procurement Notice for Libya Strategic Transport Sector Study General Objectives of the Project: The project aims to enhance the capacity of the transport sector in Libya through the preparation of a comprehensive strategic study that identifies opportunities and challenges, sets a roadmap for future development, and focuses on analyzing the current situation, assessing needs, and proposing policies and strategies to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of the Libyan transport sector. 3. Main Component of the Project: The sole component of the project is the consulting services for the preparation of the Strategic Transport Sector Study. 4. Nature of Expected Procurements: It is expected that a contract will be awarded to one of the specialized consulting firms to conduct the Strategic Transport Sector Study. These services are anticipated to include data analysis, infrastructure assessment, model development, and the provision of strategic recommendations.
