Guard Services Prequalification 2026 . Descriptionthe National Library Invites A Limited Tender For The Supply Of Security Services To The National Librarys Premises In Oslo And Mo I Rana. The National Library Is In A Phase Of Change With A Strong Increase In The Number Of Exhibitions And Events. The Suppliers Must Therefore Be Prepared For Certain Changes In Needs To Take Place. Reference Is Also Made To The Amendment Access Pursuant To Point 17 Of Ns8434:2008 (General Contract Provisions For Manual Guard And Security Services) Which Shall Regulate The Agreement Between The Winning Supplier And The National Library.
