The Client Reserves The Right To Cancel The Competition, Including In Connection With Budgetary Coverage And Political Approval. The Election Of An Auditor Must Be Approved By The Municipal Council. By Its Nature, This Procurement Is Assessed To Have An Insignificant Impact On The Climate And Environment, Cf. Regulations §7-9, Fifth Paragraph. The Rationale For This Is That The Procurement Concerns The Purchase Of Consulting Assistance/Advisory Services Where The Client Is Prevented From Influencing The Climate And The Environmental Impact, Since Requirements And Criteria Aimed At These Elements Will Not Have A Sufficient Connection To The Delivery, Cf. Procurement Act § 7, And Concluded That There Are No Requirements For Apprentices In This Procurement As It Is Considered Disproportionate, Because There Is A Need For Specialized Competence That An Apprentice Cannot Be Expected To Possess, Cf.
