Services Provided By Medical Personnel – Regular Carrying Out Of The Second Post-Mortem Examination Before Cremations (Rumannsfelden Crematorium). The Subject Of This Rv Is The Implementation Of The Second Post-Mortem Examination Before Cremations By The Contractor (An) On Behalf Of The Free State Of Bavaria, Represented By The Bavarian State Ministry For Health, Care And Prevention (Stmgp), In Turn Represented By The Government Of Lower Bavaria, Which In Turn Is Represented By The Regen District Office - Health Department. The Recipient Is The Regen Health Department. Medical Services: The Contractor Undertakes To Provide All Medical Services That The Respective Recipient (According To Section 1 Of The Rv, The Recipient Is The Responsible Health Authority) Must Fulfill Due To Law, Ordinance And Other Regulations (Including Guidelines, Decrees) In Connection With The Implementation Of The Second Medical Postmortem Examination Before Cremations. All Medical Services Must Be Provided By Appropriately Qualified Persons. Non-Medical (Support) Service(S): The Contractor Is Obliged To Also Take On The Non-Medical (Partial) Tasks. The Staff Employed Must Be Suitable For The Services To Be Provided. The Contractor Is Responsible For Assessing Suitability. The Assistant Staff Prepares The Deceased For The Post Mortem. During The Mortuary Examination, The Assistant Directly Assists The Doctor (Rotating And Lifting And Turning The Deceased, Etc.) According To The Doctors Instructions, With Particular Attention To Burial Law. The Associated Administrative Activities Must Also Be Carried Out By The Contractor. Representation Must Be Provided When Providing Services. Occupational Safety And Hygiene Requirements Must Be Observed And Adhered To. Documentation Must Be Kept.
