The Successful Bidder Must Be In Charge Of All Phases Of Each Event: Planning, Organization, Coordination, Execution And Monitoring. This Includes The Search For Spaces, Logistics, Design, Equipment, Audiovisual And Technological Services, Catering, Branding, Printing Materials, Assembly And Disassembly, Transportation And Hostess Service, Among Others. The Events May Be Internal Or External, In-Person Or Online And Of Different Nature. For Each Project, Enaire Will Issue An Order Detailing The Needs. The Communication Department And The Winning Company Will Collaborate Until The Most Appropriate Final Proposal Is Defined.
