A 3-Day Briefing By The Contractors Employees For The Employees Of The City Of Memmingen Is Part Of The Offer. The Migration Of Virtual Machines, Applications And Data By The Providers Employees Is Not Part Of The Offer, But Can Partially Take Place As Part Of The Briefing. The Solution Offered Provides A Highly Integrated Environment In Which Storage And Computing Resources Are Primarily Combined In One Physical Component (A Server). In Addition, A Leasing/Rental Purchase Price Can Be Specified Monthly For 60 Months. If The Rental Purchase Price Is Not Entered, The Offer Remains In The Evaluation, As The Evaluation Is Based On The Pure Purchase Price. The Client Has A Free Choice Regarding Purchase Or Alternatively Leasing/Hire Purchase. The Award Criteria Are Quality (53.28%) And Price (46.72%). The Award Criterion Quality Is Weighted At 2.96% In The Sub-Criteria Market Relevance; Homogeneity Of The Hardware Platform, Life Cycle; Hypervisor Support; Support From Veeam; Node-Level Redundancy; Storage Media Recovery; Pure Software Virtualization; Scaling The Platform; Increasing Storage Efficiency; Network Speed; Security; Proactive Monitoring; Update Software; Update Hardware (Firmware); Migration Tools; Single Point Of Service; Service Level And Value Retention Of The Purchased Software. The Price Points Are Commercially Rounded To 2 Decimal Places. Offers That Do Not Achieve The Minimum Performance Score Of 70 Will Be Excluded. Offers That Are Above The Upper Price Limit Of €1,400,000.00 Gross Are Also Excluded. If The Total Number Of Points Is The Same, The Offer With The Greater Performance Point Will Be Given Priority.
