The Objective Of The Purchase Is To Provide Maintenance, Technical Assistance And Update Services So That All Departments, All Users Of The Expert Budgetary Integrated Financial It System And All Levels Of Management Have, In The Shortest Possible Time, The Information Necessary For The Current Activity Or The Decision-Making Process, With An Increased Degree Of Accuracy. The Requested Services Refer Exclusively To The Maintenance, Technical Assistance And Updating Of The Existing It Application Expert Budgetary, Currently Used By The Municipality Of Iasi, Without Replacing The Implemented It System. The Provider Will Ensure The Monitoring Of The Provision Of Services Through Monthly Reports That Will Highlight The Incidents Managed, The Updates Implemented, The Developments Achieved And The Assumed Performance Indicators. The Services To Be Purchased Are Necessary For The Smooth Running Of The Institutions Activity In The Period 2026-2028, In Order To Fulfill The Mandatory Legal Requirements, The Purchase Of Maintenance Services, Technical Assistance And Software Update For The Integrated Financial-Accounting It Program Expert Budgetary, For A Period Of 36 Months, By Concluding A Framework Agreement. The Estimated Value Was Established Considering The Contracts Concluded For Similar Services Within The Institution. The Estimated Unit Price Without Vat For The Monthly Services Is 50,400 Lei, According To The Rationale In The Specifications. The Maximum Estimated Value For The Framework Agreement Is 1,814,400 Lei Without Vat, The Amount Related To The Minimum And Additional Monthly Activities. The Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract Is Estimated At 604,800 Lei Without Vat.
