The Operation Includes The Indoor And Outdoor Sports Infrastructure And The Establishment And Operation Of A Cafeteria And A Meeting Room. Site 2 – Basilique Sports Complex: Operation Of The Sports Complex Located At Avenue De La Basilique 14 In 1082 Sint-Agatha-Berchem (Total Area: 24,650 M²). The Operation Includes The Indoor And Outdoor Sports Facilities, The Restaurant, The Bar, The Meeting Rooms And The Parking Lot. The Concession Is Awarded To One Concessionaire For Both Locations. The Concessionaire Bears All Costs Associated With The Operation, At Its Own Risk, And Pays A Fixed Monthly Fee To The Contracting Authority.
