Refuse And Waste Related Services – Delegation By Concession Of The Management Of Some Component Activities Of The Sanitation Service Of The Administrative-Territorial Units That Are Members Of The Econeamț Intercommunity Development Association From Zone 4, Neamț County. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Delegate The Management Of The Following Component Activities Of The Sanitation Service, Provided At The Level Of The Localities That Make Up Zone 4 Of Smid Neamț: A) Separate Collection And Separate Transport Of Household Waste And Similar Waste From Commercial Activities In Industry And Institutions, Including Separately Collected Fractions; B) The Transfer Of Municipal Waste To Transfer Stations, Including The Separate Transport Of Residual Waste To Non-Hazardous Waste Depots And/Or Integrated Treatment Facilities, Of Paper, Metal, Plastic And Glass Waste Collected Separately To Sorting Stations And Of Bio-Waste To Composting And/Or Anaerobic Digestion Facilities. The Provision Of This Activity Involves The Operation Of The Tașca Transfer Station; C) Sorting Paper, Cardboard, Metal, Plastic And Glass Waste Collected Separately From Municipal Waste In Sorting Stations, Including The Transport Of The Residues Resulting From The Sorting To Landfills And/Or To Energy Recovery Facilities. The Performance Of This Activity Involves The Operation Of The Tașca Sorting Station. Also, The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Delegate The Management Of The Following Services Related To The Sanitation Service, With A Low Degree Of Repeatability And Which Are Carried Out Occasionally, Provided At The Level Of The Localities That Make Up Zone 4 Of Smid Neamț: A) Separate Collection And Separate Transport Of Construction Waste From Homes, Generated By Their Internal And/Or External Remodeling And Rehabilitation Activities, At The Request Of Domestic Users; B) Separate Collection And Separate Transport Of Bulky Waste, Including Mattresses And Furniture, At The Request Of Users; C) Separate Collection And Separate Transport Of Abandoned Municipal Waste; D) Separate Collection And Separate Transport Of Waste From Abandoned Buildings; E) Separate Collection And Separate Transport Of Similar Waste From Public Events, At The Request Of The Organizers.
