A Client Participating In Adaptation Coaching Needs Guidance And Support In Managing His Life Situation. In Addition, He Needs Means, Help And Training To Understand The Challenges Caused By The Disease And To Solve Possible Practical Problems. Rehabilitation Course For An Adult With A Peripheral Nerve Or Muscle Disease In The Next Few Days Of A Loved One - Adaptation Training Is Carried Out According To The Following Service Description (Effective From 1 January 2027): - Rehabilitation Of A Person With A Peripheral Nerve Or Muscle Disease - A Course For An Adult In The Next Few Days Of A Loved One - Adaptation Training The Service Description Is Divided Into Two Parts, I.E. The Part Of The Rehabilitation Service And The General Part. The Parts Are Placed In One Document One After The Other And Both Parts Have Their Own Cover Page And Table Of Contents (Appendix 1). Both Parts Of The Service Description Are Applied Simultaneously In The Implementation Of Rehabilitation Organized By Kela. The Aforementioned Service Description Is Referred To Below In This Call For Tenders As The Rehabilitation Service Description. The Rehabilitation Service Description Is Valid From January 1, 2027. The Provider Undertakes To Comply With The Rehabilitation Service Description Throughout The Contract Period. The Provider Also Undertakes To Implement Such Course Periods In Which The Remainder Of The Course Takes Place After The End Of The Contract Period. A Separate Offer Must Be Made For Each Offered Location. The Bidder Can Submit Only One Bid From The Same Location. It Is Considered To Be One Office, Even If There Are Two Different Addresses For The Premises, But In Fact It Is Still The Same Office (E.G. Entrances From Two Different Streets Or The Offices Are Located In Different Buildings/Floors Of The Same Street Address).
