Health And Social Work Services - Adaptation Training For Adults With Ibd. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Rehabilitation Service Organized For The Individual Clients Of The National Pension Service (Kela), Adaptation Coaching For Adults With Ibd, Which Is Implemented As A Combination Of Face-To-Face Rehabilitation And Remote Rehabilitation. Face-To-Face Rehabilitation Takes Place At The Service Providers Office, And Remote Rehabilitation Includes Online Rehabilitation And Video Calls. Procurement Is Done Nationwide, Also Taking Into Account The Perspective Of Geographical Coverage. Taking Geographical Coverage Into Account Aims To Secure The Regional Service Need And The Customers Ability To Choose A Service Provider. The Procurement Areas And The Municipalities That Belong To Them Are Described In Appendix 3 Framework Arrangement And Appendix 4 Map And Municipalities Of The Request For Tenders. By Submitting A Bid To This Tender, The Bidder Undertakes To Provide The Service To Customers Who Come From All Over Finland. Adaptation Training Is Carried Out As Discretionary Rehabilitation In Accordance With § 12 Of The National Pension Services Rehabilitation Benefits And Rehabilitation Cash Benefits Act 566/2005 (Later Kkrl Or Kelas Rehabilitation Act). The Rehabilitation Of Kelas Customers Starts On January 1, 2027. Adaptation Training For People With Ibd Is Intended For Clients Over The Age Of 18 Who Have Been Properly Diagnosed With Crohns Disease Or Ulcerative Colitis. Adaptation Training Is Implemented As A Group Rehabilitation. A Client Participating In Adaptation Coaching Needs Guidance And Support In Managing His Life Situation. In Addition, He Needs Means, Help And Coaching To Understand The Challenges Caused By Ibd And To Solve Possible Practical Problems. Ibd Adaptation Training Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Following Service Description (Valid From 1 January 2027): - Adaptation Training For An Adult With Ibd, A Combination Of Face-To-Face Rehabilitation And Remote Rehabilitation The Service Description Is Divided Into Two Parts, I.E. The Rehabilitation Service Part And The General Part (Appendix 1). The Parts Are Placed In One Document One After The Other And Both Parts Have Their Own Cover Page And Table Of Contents. Both Parts Of The Service Description Are Applied Simultaneously In The Implementation Of Rehabilitation Organized By Kela. The Aforementioned Service Description Is Referred To Below In This Call For Tenders As The Rehabilitation Service Description. The Provider Undertakes To Comply With The Rehabilitation Service Description Throughout The Contract Period. The Provider Also Undertakes To Implement Such Course Periods In Which The Remainder Of The Course Takes Place After The End Of The Contract Period. A Separate Offer Must Be Made For Each Offered Location. The Bidder Can Submit Only One Bid From The Same Location. It Is Considered To Be One Office, Even If There Are Two Different Addresses For The Premises, But In Fact It Is Still The Same Office (E.G. Entrances From Two Different Streets Or The Offices Are Located In Different Buildings/Floors Of The Same Street Address).
