Electric Vehicles – The Purchase Of Electric Minibuses Within The Project Implementation Of Transport For Community Purposes In The Municipality Of Naidăş, Caraș-Severin County Through The Purchase Of An Electric Microbus. The Minibuses Will Meet All The Technical And Safety Conditions For Circulation On Public Roads In Romania, Respectively All The Directives, Regulations And Norms Developed By The European Community That Refer To Motor Vehicles. On The Date Of Submitting The Offers, The Bidder Will Present The Proof Of Approval Of The Offered Vehicles, As Follows: 1. The Offered Vehicles Are Approved In Romania With A Type Approval Certificate Issued By Rar, Or 2. The Offered Vehicles Are Approved By The Competent Authorities In One Of The Eu Member States. At The Time Of Submission Of Offers, Either The Type Approval Certificate Issued By Rar Or Proof Of Approvals Issued By The Competent Authorities In One Of The Eu Member States Must Be Presented. In This Situation, The Bidder Must Present, Upon Submission Of The Bid, A Copy Of The Coc (Certificate Of Conformity) Certificate Issued By The Manufacturer For The Offered Minibus Model. All The Provisions Will Be Respected, With Reference To Minibuses And Their Components, The Provisions Of Geo No. 71/2021 Regarding The Promotion Of Non-Polluting Road Transport Vehicles, In Support Of Low-Emission Mobility, For The Repeal Of Government Emergency Ordinance No. 40/2011 Regarding The Promotion Of Non-Polluting And Energy-Efficient Road Transport Vehicles And Law No. 37/2018 Regarding The Promotion Of Ecological Transport. Of The Standards, Directives, Regulations Specified In Directive No. 2007/46/Ce, Respectively Omlptl No. 211/2003 - Rntr 2, Omtct No. 2132/2005 Rntr-7, Omtct No. 2135/2005 - Rntr 4, With The Latest Amendments In Force On The Date Of Approval, Respectively Their Registration In Romania, Of The Romanian Legislation In The Field In Force, Including With Reference To The Unlimited Access Of Passengers With Reduced Mobility, The Introduction And Commercialization Of Minibuses Or Their Components On The Romanian Market, Those With Reference To Labor Protection And The Safety Of Transported Passengers. The Minibuses Must Fulfill The Conditions Stipulated At Least By The Following Eec-Un Regulations And Ec-Eec Directives To Which Romania Has Acceded, Respectively The Romanian Legislation In Force With All Subsequent Amendments And Additions. Bidders Will Have To Demonstrate Compliance Of Their Proposed Products With The Dnsh Principles As Outlined In Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 On The Establishment Of A Framework To Facilitate Sustainable Investments. The Analysis Will Be Carried Out And Presented For The Six Environmental Objectives (Dnsh Checklist) As Defined In Article 17 (Significant Harm To Environmental Objectives) Of The Regulation On Taxonomy And Ensuring Full Compliance With The Principle Of Do No Significant Harm (Dnsh - Do No Significant Harm), Respectively: (1) Mitigation Of Climate Change (2) Adaptation To Climate Change (3) Sustainable Use And Protection Of Water Resources And Large
