The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of A Waste Stream With Code 19 12 12 - Other Waste (Including Mixed Substances And Objects) From Mechanical Waste Treatment Other Than Those Mentioned In 19 12 11 Produced In The Technological Process: - From The Line Of Mixed Municipal Waste (Mbp), - From The Sorting Line For Large-Sized Waste, At The Waste Utilization Center Of Lusatian Communes In Lubań At Ul. Bazaltowa 1. 2. The Estimated Amount Of Waste To Be Managed, Which Will Be Transferred To The Contractor During The Term Of The Contract, Will Be Approximately 4,000 Mg. Note - The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Given Quantity Is An Estimate Based On The Ordering Partys Previous Experience In The Subject Of The Order, Illustrating The Possible Size Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And Which May Be Helpful At The Stage Of Preparing The Offer. However, The Ordering Party Does Not Declare That The Order Will Be Fulfilled Up To The Full Amount Of The Given Amount Of Waste. The Final Amount Of Waste Does Not Depend On The Customers Forecasts. 3. The Place Of Collection Of Waste Intended For Transport And Management Is The Waste Utilization Center Of The Lusatian Communes In Lubań At Ul. Bazaltowa 1, 59-800 Lubań. 4. Waste Collection Will Be Carried Out Using Transport Organized By The Contractor And At His Expense. 5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide Walking Floor Semi-Trailers For Loading. 6. Waste Transport Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations Regarding Waste Transport And Management. The Contractor Should Monitor Applicable Regulations At Every Stage Of Contract Execution And Implement The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Them. 7. Loading Of Waste On The Part Of The Ordering Party. 8. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Upon Notification, Successively According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Three Days In Advance. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Send Acceptance Notice Each Time In Advance, In The Form Agreed With The Ordering Party (E.G. Electronically To The Indicated E-Mail Address). 9. Waste Collection Will Take Place On Working Days (Excluding Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays - Statutory Holidays), From Monday To Friday From 8:00 A.M. These Documents Will Constitute The Sole Basis For Determining The Amount Of Waste Collected Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor. 12. Records Will Be Kept Based On The Quantities Resulting From The Ordering Partys Weighing Documents.
