Special-Purpose Road Passenger-Transport Services - Transport Of Children With Disabilities To Schools - Organized Transport 1/06/2026 - 31/08/2027. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Transport Of Children With Disabilities To Schools - Organized Transport From June 1, 2026 To August 31, 2027. 2. Transport Will Cover: A) Children With Disabilities Attending Primary Schools, Including Special Schools And Educational Centers, B) Children With Physical Disabilities, Moderate Or Severe Mental Retardation To The Nearest Secondary School, C) Children With Multiple Disabilities, One Of Which Is Intellectual Disability, To A School And Educational Center, D) Five-Year-Old Children And Six-Year-Olds With Disabilities To Kindergarten, Kindergarten Class In Primary School Or Other Form Of Pre-School Education. 3. Children Should Be Brought To School At Such A Time That It Is Possible For Them To Start Classes On Time And Taken Away After Their End, Without Unnecessary Waiting, However, Taking Into Account The End Of Classes By Other Children Transported To The Same School, So That It Is Possible For Children Of A Given School To Follow The Weekly Lesson Plan. 4. In The Proceedings In Question, The Ordering Party Applies The Social Clause Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320, As Amended). Throughout The Entire Period Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Employ Under A Full-Time Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended) - Employees (Drivers Or Caregivers) Directly Providing The Service Of Transporting Children With Disabilities. 5. Transport Services In The Period From June 1, 2026 To August 31, 2026 Will Cover Children With Disabilities, In Accordance With Art. 32 Section 5 And 6 And Art. 39 Section 4 Of The Act Of December 14, 2016 - Education Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 737, As Amended), In The Number Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Contract - Detailed Scope Of Delivery - June 2026 - August 2026. 6. Transport In The Period From September 1, 2026 To August 31, 2027 Will Cover Children With Disabilities, In Accordance With Art. 32 Section 5 And 6 And Art. 39 Section 4 Of The Act Of December 14, 2016 - Education Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 737, As Amended), In The Number Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Contract - Detailed Scope Of Delivery - September 2026 - August 2027. 7. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law. 8. The Right Of Option Consists In The Possibility Of Increasing The Scope Of Services, In Particular By: Increasing The Number Of Children Covered By Transport, Changing Or Extending Transport Routes. 9. The Exercise Of The Option Right Will Take Place On The Terms Specified In The Contract And Does Not Constitute An Obligation Of The Ordering Party To Fully Use It. 10. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex 15 To The Swz.
