The Municipality Wants To Enter Into An Agreement With One Contractor For The Supply, Implementation And Management Of A Generic Scanning And Recognition Software Solution. This Facility Must Support The Uniform, Digital And Case-Oriented Processing Of Physical And Digital Documents Within The Entire Organization. In Addition, It Must Support The Invoicing Flows. Current Size (Indicative) • Approximately 47,000 Documents Per Year. Expected Growth To 80,000 Documents Per Year. • Total Volume Approximately 306,000 Pages Per Year. We Expect Growth To 400,000 Pages Per Year. • Multiple Document Types, Including Invoices, Mail Items And Hr-Related Documents: O 21580 Invoices Via Email And On Paper. O 1302 E-Invoices (Via Peppol). O 808 Documents To Email. O 4680 Documents To Network Location. O 16273 Documents To Our Case System Djuma.
