Data Entry Services – Carrying Out Surveys For Doccupation Of The Social Park (Ops) And Surveys For Supplementary Solidarity Rent (Sls) On The Heritage Of The Sa The Residences. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Carry Out And Use Data From The Biennial Survey On The Occupancy Of The Social Park (Ops) And The Survey On The Solidarity Rent Supplement (Sls) Among The Tenants Concerned Across The Entire Assets Of Sa Les Résidences Yvelines-Essonne. This Consultation Took The Form Of An Open Call For Tenders, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles L. 2124-2 And R. 2124-2 1° Of The Public Procurement Code. This Contract Is Concluded In The Form Of A Single-Awardee Framework Agreement Within The Meaning Of Article R. 2162-2 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code, Which Is Executed By The Issuance Of Successive Purchase Orders Issued According To The Occurrence Of Needs. Regarding The Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders, The Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of 360,000.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over The Overall Duration Of The Contract.
