The Main Object Of The Contract Consists In The Supply Of 2 (Two) New And Unused Multi-Purpose Vans Of The Sweeper Type On A Commercial Chassis. These Machines Are Intended For Maintenance Activities Of Public Roads And Green Spaces In The Municipality Of Bistrița. 1. Main Technical Components The Requested Equipment Must Fulfill The Following Functions And Minimum Equipment: • Collection Capacity: Stainless Steel Hopper With A Minimum Net Capacity Of 4 M³. • Cleaning System: Sweeping And Vacuuming Equipment On Both Sides, With A Total Working Width Of At Least 2,700 Mm. • Suction Performance: Air Flow Of At Least 16,000 M³/H. • Washing System: Equipped With Front Bar And High Pressure Lance (Minimum 150 Bar). • Dust Suppression: Integrated Water Tank Of Minimum 1,000 Liters. • Motorization: Chassis According To Euro Vi E Norms And Auxiliary Engine For Superstructure According To Stage V Norms. 2. Operations And Services Included Accessories In Addition To The Actual Supply, The Contract Obliges The Supplier To The Following Activities: • Delivery And Commissioning: Delivery To The Beneficiarys Premises Within A Maximum Of 90 Days And Performance Of Functional Tests. • Staff Training: Training Sessions For At Least 8 Operators On Daily Use And Maintenance. • Warranty And Support: A Warranty Period Of At Least 12 Months, Including Corrective Maintenance (Repairs) And Technical Support Through A Mobile Workshop On The Territory Of Romania. • Spare Parts: Supply Of 3 Complete Sets Of Brushes Together With The Machines. 3. Purpose Of The Purchase Modernization Of The Dis Bistrita Fleet To Increase The Efficiency Of Urban Sanitation, Reduce Dust Emissions And Comply With European Environmental Protection Standards.
