Special-Purpose Road Passenger-Transport Services – Framework Agreement For Purchase Orders Concerning School Transport Services For The City Of Issoire. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Award A Single-Awarder Framework Agreement. The Services Are The Subject Of A Single Lot. It Will Be Executed As Purchase Orders Are Issued By The Contracting Authority. It Is Implemented In Application Of Articles L 2124-2, R 2124-2 1° And R 2161-2 To R 2161-5 Of The Public Procurement Code And L 2125-1 1°, R 2162-1 To R 2162-6, R 2162-13 And R 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. It Will Be Concluded For An Initial Period Of 12 Months From 08/26/2026 Or Its Notification Date If The Latter Is Later With A Minimum And Maximum Value Set Respectively At 100,000 Euros (Excl. Tax) And 250,000 Euros (Excl. Tax). It May Be Subject To Three Renewal Periods Of Identical Duration. The Aforementioned Amounts Will Be Identical For Each Renewal Period Of This Contract. As An Indication, The Estimate Of Needs For Each Of The Periods Envisaged Is Of The Order Of 178,909.92 Euros Excluding Tax. The Actual Start Of Services Is Planned For September 1, 2026 (Back To School). Notification Of This Framework Agreement Is Envisaged In July 2026
