The Project Includes Extensive Interior And Exterior Remodeling Of Existing Buildings, Including Remodeling Of The Basement With Exposed Facade, Construction Of An Extension To The Bathhouse As Well As Establishment Of Covered Outdoor Areas And Minor Construction Works.
