The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Following Activities: Activity 1: Preparation Of A Complex Report For Assessing The Compliance Of Investment Projects With The Basic Requirements For Construction, According To Art. 166, Para. 1, Item 1, Pre. 1 In Connection With Art. 142, Para. 6, Item 2 Of Zut, In The Mandatory Scope Regulated In Art. 142, Para. 4, Para. 5 And Para. 9 Of The Zut; Activity 2: The Activities Related To The Exercise Of Construction Supervision, As Well As The Implementation Of Inspection And Control Of The Supplied And Used Construction Materials, Coordination Of The Construction Process Until The Introduction Of The Object Of Intervention Into Operation, All Regulated In Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Territorial Planning Act /Zut/, As Well As The Responsibilities Arising From Art. 178 Of The Zut. The Consultant Is Obliged To Perform The Mandatory Scope Of Activities, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law On Territorial Planning, The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 Of 2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Ordinance On The Essential Requirements For Construction And Assessing The Compliance Of Construction Products And All Legal And By-Laws In The Field Of Construction In Bulgaria.
