This Consultation, Issued Through An Open Call For Tenders In Application Of The Public Procurement Code, Concerns The Technical, Legal And Financial Project Management Assistance Mission For The Renewal Of The Concession Contract And The Monitoring Of Operation Of The Orléans Métropole Multi-Channel Processing Unit. It Will Give Rise To A Non-Allotment, Non-Renewable Contract, Broken Down Into Tranches And At Mixed Prices With Part Of The Services Paid At A Fixed Price (Dpgf) And Another Part Of The Services Paid At A Unit Price (Bpu), Executed By Means Of Purchase Orders, With No Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of 80,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Or 96,000 Euro(S) Including Tax For The Entire Duration Of The Contract, The Estimated Quantities Of Which Appear In Dqe. The Fixed Price Services Concern The Missions Relating To The Renewal Of The Contract And The Monitoring Of The Operation Of The Contract And The Unit Price Services Concern The Specific Missions (Additional Studies, Analyses, Negotiations, Etc.)
