Prequalifications are invited for Construction of Comprehensive Primary Health Care Centre in Warrake, Owan East, Owan Federal Constituency Date Added: April 7, 2026 Deadline: 20/04/2026 Category: Construction & Engineering, Borehole & Dredging Works 4.0 SUBMISSION OF PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the Lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of the technical bids with softcopy packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked and addressed to Rector, National Institute of Construction Technology and Management, Uromi, P.M.B 005, Uromi-Ugboha Road, Uromi, Edo State, Nigeria and clearly marked as YEAR 2025 CAPITAL PROJECTS with (the name of the project and lot number boldly written). Furthermore, the reverse side of the envelope should be clearly marked with the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated tender box at the Procurements Unit, National Institute of Construction Technology and Management, Uromi not later than 12:00noon on Monday, 20th April, 2026. The working hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm on weekdays, excluding weekends. Please ensure that you signed the bid submission Register in the Office of the Director of Procurement, of the Institute as the National Institute of Construction Technology and Management, Uromi will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids. 5.0 OPENING OF PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS Prequalification documents will be opened immediately after the deadlines for submission of bids at 12:00 noon on Monday 20th April, 2025 at the Rectors Conference Hall, National Institute of Construction Technology and Management, Uromi, P.M.B 005, Uromi-Ugboha Road, Uromi, Edo State, Nigeria in the presence of all bidders or their representatives. 6.0 GENERAL INFORMATION a. Bids must be in English Language and signed by an official authorised by the bidder; b. Bids submitted after the deadline for submission would be returned un-opened; c. All costs will be borne by the bidders; d. The Technical Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders or their representatives, CSOs in the areas of Anti-Corruption and Transparency and Private Professional bodies; and will be covered by video recording; invitation link will be sent to bidder who chooses to join the bid opening online; e. Only pre-qualified bidders at technical evaluation will be invited at a later date for the collection of tender document upon payment of none refundable tender fee of N10,000.00. f. The NICTM is not bound to pre-qualify/shortlist any bidder and reserves the right to annul the Procurement process at any time without incurring any liabilities in accordance with Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act, 2007.
