Social Work Services Without Accommodation – Occupational Rehabilitation Centers For People With Serious And Long-Lasting Mental Illness In The Different Areas Of The Community Of Madrid, Co-Financed At 40% By The European Social Fund Plus Within The Framework Of The Community Of Madrid Fse+ 2021-2027 Program. The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Establish The Conditions To Which Service Contracts Will Have To Comply For The Management And Contracting Of Places In Occupational Rehabilitation Centers For People With Serious And Long-Lasting Mental Illness In The Different Areas Of The Community Of Madrid. The Labor Rehabilitation Centers Are Conceived As A Specialized Socio-Labor Day Care Center Whose Fundamental Mission Is To Promote The Vocational-Labor Rehabilitation Of People With Serious Mental Disorders Who Are Living In The Community, So As To Promote Their Labor Integration In The Ordinary Company, Or In Formulas Of Protected Employment (Special Employment Centers), Or, Where Appropriate, Self-Employment Systems. They Offer Occupational Rehabilitation Programs To Help Those People With Mental Illness Who Have Achieved A Good Level Of Autonomy, To Learn Or Recover The Work Habits And Skills Necessary To Access The World Of Work And Support Their Integration And Maintenance In It. The Places In Labor Rehabilitation Centers Awarded In This Framework Agreement, Once Contracted Under The Service Contracts Derived From It, Will Be Integrated Into The Social Care Network For People With Serious And Long-Lasting Mental Illness Of The General Directorate Of Care For People With Disabilities Of The Ministry Of Family, Youth And Social Affairs. The Labor Rehabilitation Centers That Are Contracted In This New Framework Agreement Through Contracts Based On It Will Be Co-Financed At 40% By The European Social Fund Plus (Esf+) Within The Esf+ Program 2021-2027, As It Is Consistent With The Purposes Established In Priority 2 Social Inclusion, Specific Objective Promote Active Inclusion In Order To Promote Equal Opportunities, Non-Discrimination And Active Participation, And Improve Employability, In Particular For Groups Disadvantaged, Within Political Objective 4 “A More Social And Inclusive Europe Through The Application Of The European Pillar Of Social Rights” As It Complies With The Selection Criteria For Operations Approved By The Monitoring Committee, Regulations (Eu) 2021/1060, Of June 24, Establishing The Common Provisions And Regulation (Eu) 2021/1057, Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of June 24, By That Establishes The European Social Fund Plus (Esf+) And The Rest Of The Regulations In Execution And Management That Are Issued.
