The Works And Operations Foreseen For Both Sites Are:  Excavation Works  Works To Protect Building Networks  Earthworks And Land Preparation  Electrical Installation Works  Plumbing Works  Utility Connection Works  Resistance Elements And Works  Architectural Elements And Works  Work On Drawing And Defining Leveling Landmarks  Work On The Creation Of Pedestrian Walkway Systems  Work On The Creation Of Balustrades On The Proposed Stairs And Ramps  Work On Preparation And Installation Of Lighting Systems  Landscaping Work, Including Landscaping Attention: The Contractor Responsible For The Execution Of The Works Will Take All Necessary Organizational Measures So That The Start-Up And Execution Of The Works In Each Of The Two Locations - Defined According To Section 5.1 Of The Specifications - Will Take Place Simultaneously Of The Contract Is: - A Maximum Of 1 Month From The Signing Of The Contract By Both Parties, For The Issuance Of The Work Start Order By The Contracting Authority; - A Maximum Of 15 Months From The Date Of The Work Start Order For The Execution And Completion Of The Works - A Maximum Of 1 Month From The Notification Regarding The Completion Of The Works For The Acceptance Of The Reception At The End Of The Works, Including The Necessary Remedies The Warranty Period Granted For The Executed Works - Minimum 60 Months, Starting From The Date Of The Acceptance Report On The Completion Of The Works. The Guarantee Will Cover Both The Completed Works, The Equipment, The Plants And The Plant Material: Trees, Shrubs, Perennials, Lawns, The Guarantee Period For The Equipment, The Plants And The Plant Material Must Be At Least Equal To The Guarantee Period For The Works (Only In Figures): 33,323,048.86 Lei Without Vat Suspension Clause - Conditions Of Signing The Financing Contract:  The Signing Of The Public Procurement Contract For The Execution Of The Related Works Construction, Modernization And Expansion Of Green Spaces In The Vasile Aaron Neighborhood And Tineretului Neighborhood Will Be Carried Out Only Under The Conditions Of The Prior Signing Of The Financing Contract Between The Sibiu City Hall And Adr Centru, Within Center Regional Program 2021–2027.  In The Situation Where, For Reasons Not Attributable To The Contracting Authority, It Will Not Be Possible To Obtain Investment Financing
