Pursuant To Articles L.211-24 Of The Rural And Maritime Fishing Code And L.2212-2 Of The General Code Of Local Authorities, The Mayor Is Required To Ensure Public Safety And Health, Particularly In Terms Of The Management Of Stray Or Dangerous Animals. The Sole Purpose Of This Contract Is The Capture Of Stray Or Stray Animals, Healthy, Injured Or Dangerous, On The Territory Of The City Of Toulouse. The Services Include: Capture Interventions At The Request Of The Community Or Authorized Services; Securing Captured Animals; Their Transport To The Impound Structure Designated By The Community. The On-Call Arrangements, Response Times, Human And Material Resources As Well As Traceability Conditions Are Defined In The Cctp. Services Are Paid By Fixed Prices
