Tenders Are Invited For Vocational Training Services – Framework Agreement For Purchase Orders For The Provision Of Training Services “Management Of Aggressiveness And Conflict Situations In Agency”
Vocational Training Services – Framework Agreement For Purchase Orders For The Provision Of Training Services “Management Of Aggressiveness And Conflict Situations In Agency”. This Contract Is Awarded In Accordance With Article R.2123-1 3° Of The Public Procurement Code. This Contract Is A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Annual Amount Of 37,500 Euros Excluding Tax, I.E. A Maximum Of 150,000 Euros Over The Total Duration Of The Contract. It Is Concluded For A Period Of Twelve (12) Months From Its Date Of Notification, With The Possibility Of Tacit Renewal Three (3) Times Twelve (12) Months. Variations Are Prohibited. The Procedure Is Not Allotted And The Framework Agreement Is Single-Awarded. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Provide Operational Training Services Focused On: Preventing Aggressiveness, Understanding Emotional Mechanisms, Appropriate Communication And Thus Increasing The Skills Of Teams To Manage Difficult Or Aggressive People. As An Indication, The Number Of Employees Planned To Be Trained Is Estimated At 300 Employees Over The Total Duration Of The Contract.
