The Assignment Concerns The Design, Realization, Installation And Furnishing (Inventory) Of (Rental Of Units) One Reception Location For Ukrainian Refugees. The Starting Point For The Location Is To Realize 17 Residential Units With A Capacity Of A Maximum Of 4 People Per Residential Unit. The Temporary Housing Units Consist Of A Living Room, Kitchen, 2 Bedrooms, And Sanitary Facilities. In Addition, Communal Areas (Multifunctional) Must Be Created On Location. The Accommodation Must Be Provided With Furnishings/Inventory By The Contractor. The Preparation Of The Plot For Construction And Residential Use Must Be Carried Out By The Contractor. The Goal Is To Create A Safe, Humane And Functional Reception Environment That Complies With Applicable Laws And Regulations.
