By Purchasing The Products And Completing The Existing Stock, The Continuity Of The Activity Within The Road Construction And Repair Site Is Ensured. The Concrete Curbs Are Necessary For The Execution Of Specific Maintenance Works, In Order To Eliminate Defects And Bring The Pedestrian Alleys To A Normal State Of Operation That Ensures The Safety And Comfort Of Traffic. The Type And Estimated Quantity Of Concrete Curbs Are Presented In Specification No. 4047/20.03.2026. No Fixed Quantity Will Be Purchased Each Month Of The Subsequent Contract And No Minimum Monthly Amount Will Be Paid. Orders Will Be Placed On An As-Needed Basis. The Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Estimated Between: Min. 5,766,000.00 Lei Without Vat And Max. 8,862,000.00 Lei Without Vat, And The Maximum Value Of A Subsequent Contract That The Contracting Authority Intends To Conclude Is: 2,954,000.00 Lei Without Vat.
