The Subject Of The Bidding Process Is The Provision Of Transport Services By The Carrier To The Contracting Authority By Public Rail Passenger Transport On The Lines Or Sections Of Lines: - 270 + 271 Olomouc – Přerov – Hranice Na Moravě, - 280 Hranice Na Moravě – Horní Lideč – Střelná, - 281 Valašské Meziříčí – Rožnov Pod Radhoštěm, - 282 Vsetín – Velké Kralovice, - 283 Horní Lideč – Bylnice, - 303 Kojetín – Valašské Meziříčí, - 305 Kroměříž – Zborovice, - 323 Valašské Meziříčí – Frenštát Pod Radhoštěm, - 330 Přerov – Břeclav, 331 Otrokovice – Vizovice, - 340 Kyjov – Veselí Nad Moravou – Uherské Hradiště, - 341 Staré Město U Uherského Hradiště – Luhačovice/Bylnice, - 342 Bzenec – Moravský Písek. The Subject Of The Bidding Process Will Be Performed On The Basis Of The Contract On Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers To Ensure The Transport Service Of The Region By Public Rail Passenger Transport (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract), The Binding Proposal Of Which Is Annex No. 1 Of The Tender Documentation, Concluded With The Carrier That Submits The Most Economically Advantageous Offer. The Contract Will Be Concluded As A So-Called Gross Contract, I.E. Opportunities And Risks Associated With The Collection Of Sales Are Borne By The Customer.
