Secondary Road Construction Work - Reconstruction Of Culverts P-01, P-02, P-03 Along Forest Road No. 41 In The Pleśna Forestry, Divided Into Tasks. Task Implemented As Part Of The Comprehensive Project On The Adaptation Of Forests And Forestry To Climate Change - Small Retention And Counteracting Water Erosion In Mountain Areas, Continuation Of Mrg 3 (European Funds For Infrastructure, Environment 20212027 ( Feniks 20212027). This Procedure Is One Of The Parts Of The Order Related To The Implementation Of The Project Entitled: Comprehensive Project For The Adaptation Of Forests And Forestry To Climate Change - Small Retention And Counteracting Water Erosion In Mountain Areas - Continuation (Mrg3). Beneficiary: National Forest Holding State Forests. Project Value: Total Cost Of Project Implementation Pln 302,880,000, Amount Of Eligible Expenses Pln 239,200,000, Amount Of Eu Funding Pln 190,666,320. The Main Goal Of The Project Is To Strengthen The Resistance Of Mountain Forest Ecosystems To Threats Related To Climate Change By Implementing, By The End Of 2028, Comprehensive Retention And Anti-Erosion Measures Aimed At Preventing Or Minimizing The Negative Effects Of Natural Phenomena/Climatic Processes Such As Droughts And Fires, Floods And Flooding, Intense Or Long-Lasting Atmospheric Precipitation, Extreme Water Flows In Riverbeds, Surface Runoff, And The Destructive Effects Of Flood Waters. The Specific Objectives Are: Development Of Small Retention Systems Through The Construction Of Facilities And Comprehensive Water Storage Tasks By The End Of 2028. Development Of Systems Related To Counteracting Too Intense Runoff Causing Excessive Water Erosion In Mountain Areas By The Construction Of Facilities By The End Of 2028. The Project Is A Continuation Of Activities Carried Out By The State Forests As Part Of Projects Co-Financed By The Infrastructure And Environment Operational Program 2007-2013 And 2014-2020. Planned Project Results: The Project Plans To Construct A Total Of 628 Objects And Complex Tasks (Product Indicator), To Achieve A Capacity Of Small Retention Facilities Worth 358,000. M3 (Product Indicator) And Achieving The Volume Of Small Retention Facilities Of 280 Thousand. M3 (Result Indicator). This Project Is Co-Financed By The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 (Feniks) Fund. The Value Of The Project Exceeds The Amount Specified In The Regulations Issued Pursuant To Art. 3 Section 2 Of The Pzp, Each Part Of Which Constitutes A Separate Procurement Procedure Within The Meaning Of Art. 30 Section 1 Pzp. The Value Of The Project Should Not Be Equated With The Value Of This Order. Requirements For The Works - All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Applicable Standards, Technical Conditions And Construction Practices, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations. With The Recommendations Of The Supervision Inspector, The Employer And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Design Documentation And The Guidelines Of This Specification, As Well As Its Other Annexes. The Contractor Is Obliged To Restore The Construction Site To Proper Condition And Order, As Well As (If Used) Roads, Real Estate, Devices, Facilities, Etc. That The Contractor Violated While Performing The Subject Of The Order. Under The Contract And The Remuneration Indicated In The Offer, The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To: A) Obtain An Occupancy Permit And Report The Completion Of The Works In
