The City Of Närpe (The Client) Requests An Application For Participation In The Procurement Of Renovation Of Närpe City Hall - Automation Engineering Works. It Is A Question Of A Clean-Up And Reconstruction Of An Existing Building. The Developer Tenders Construction Engineering Works As Main Contractor. The Client Separately Procures Electrical And Hvac Work, Which Is Subordinated To The Main Contractor Through Subcontractor Agreements. The Renovation Of Närpes City Hall Takes Place As A Clean-Up Of The Existing Building At The Address Kyrkvägen 2, 64200 Närpes. A Description Of The Contract Can Be Found In Appendix D - Construction Method Description. A More Detailed Description Of The Contracts Content Will Be Presented Later In The Tender Stage Of The Procurement. The Procurement Is Carried Out As An Eu Procurement Via A Two-Stage Restricted Procedure. The Construction Contract Is Intended To Start As Soon As Possible, However At The Earliest After The Procurement Decision Has Gained Legal Force And Under The Condition That Budgeted Funds Have Been Granted For The Purpose. For The Turnkey Project, The City Of Närpe Currently Has Budgeted Funds Of €7.25 Million. The Developer Reserves The Right To Cancel The Procurement, If The Council Does Not Allocate Sufficient Funds For The Project.
