The Subject Of The Order Is To Act As A Substitute Investor, I.E. Substitute Performance Of The Tasks Of The Investor (Ordering Party) And The Tasks Of Investor Supervision Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law During The Implementation Of The Investment, In Accordance With The Pn-Iso 6707-2:2000 Standard Or Equivalent For The Investment Entitled Construction Of The New Headquarters Of The Philharmonic. K. Szymanowskiego In Kraków Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure (Hereinafter Referred To As The Investment). The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Stage 1: Participation In Negotiations Conducted In The Single-Source Procurement Mode With The Winner Of The 1St Prize In The Competition Regarding The Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Documentation Based On The Selected Competition Entry, Including, Among Others: Advising The Ordering Party On The Proposed Changes And The Scope Of Future Design Documentation Or, In The Event Of Failure To Enter Into Negotiations With The Winner Of The 1St Prize In The Competition, Supporting The Ordering Party In Conducting Negotiations With The Winner Of The 2Nd Prize In The Competition To The Same Extent. 2) Stage 2: Ensuring Continuous Multi-Discipline Investor Supervision Over The Preparation Of Design Documentation. 3) Stage 3: Preparation Of The Indicated Tender Documentation And Substantive Support Of The Ordering Party Necessary To Conduct The Tender Procedure Regarding The Selection Of The General Contractor Of Construction Works (Gw) (Option Right No. 1). 4) Stage 4: Ensuring Continuous Multi-Discipline Investor Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Until The Date Of Commencement Of Operation Of The Facility (Option Right No. 2). 5) Stage 5: Support For The Ordering Party In Enforcing Claims Regarding Guarantees And Warranties (Up To 60 Months From The Date Of Commencement Of Operation Of The Facility) (Option Right No. 3). 6) Option Right No. 4: Supervision Of The Construction Site And Implementation Of Necessary Activities And Providing Ongoing And Professional Support To The Employer In The Event Of The Gcs Resignation From The Execution Of The Contract And/Or The Gc Leaving The Construction Site Before Completing The Agreed Scope Of Work.
