Social Work Services Without Accommodation – Psychosocial Rehabilitation Centers For People With Serious And Long-Lasting Mental Illness In Different Areas Of The Community Of Madrid. The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Establish The Conditions To Which Service Contracts Will Have To Comply For The Management And Contracting Of Places In Psychosocial Rehabilitation Centers For People With Serious And Long-Lasting Mental Illness In The Different Areas Of The Community Of Madrid. Psychosocial Rehabilitation Centers (Crps) Are Conceived As A Type Of Day Care Center For Specialized Psychosocial Care Intended For People With Serious And Long-Lasting Mental Illness And, Especially, Those With Greater Difficulties In Functioning And Integration, To Help Them Recover The Maximum Degree Of Personal And Social Autonomy And Promote Their Maintenance And Integration In The Community. As Well As Supporting And Advising Their Families. They Offer Individualized Psychosocial Rehabilitation And Integration Support Programs And Social Support Activities, To Help People With Severe And Persistent Mental Illness To Recover The Maximum Degree Of Personal And Social Autonomy, Improve Their Psychosocial Functioning And Promote Their Maintenance And Integration In The Community. They Also Offer Psychoeducation, Counseling And Support To Families. The Places In Psychosocial Rehabilitation Centers Awarded In This Framework Agreement, Once Contracted Under The Service Contracts Derived From It, Will Be Integrated Into The Social Care Network For People With Serious And Long-Lasting Mental Illness Of The General Directorate Of Care For People With Disabilities Of The Ministry Of Family, Youth And Social Affairs.
