The Subject Of The Tender Is A Framework Agreement For 875 Tonnes (Maximum Quantity) Of Din A3 Continuous Paper On A Roll, Pinless With A Company For A Period Of Two Years From The Award Of The Contract. The Client Has The Option To Extend This Framework Contract For Another Year Under The Same Conditions By Means Of A Unilateral Declaration, Which Must Be Submitted No Later Than Three Months Before The End Of The Contract. The Contract Will End With Immediate Effect If The Specified Maximum Quantity Of 875 Tonnes Is Reached Early. Orders For The Above-Mentioned Din A3 Continuous Paper On Rolls Are Made Upon Written Request (By Email Using An Sap Order Form, See Point Ii). This Is An On-Demand Need. The Continuous Paper Mentioned Is Called Up In 25 Rolls Each. The First Call Can Take Place Approx. 15 Working Days After The Contract/Order Has Been Placed In Writing. The Award Of The Contract Is Scheduled For Week 26, 2026. Following The First Call-Off, The Future Contractor Must Ensure That A Quantity Equal To A Further Partial Call-Off Is Kept In Stock At All Times To Ensure Delivery To Kbs Within Three Working Days Of The Call-Off For The Entire Call-Off Period.
