Clowns Must Spread Joy In The Ward With Great Sensitivity To The Individual Childs Needs. For Example, It May Require Sensitivity To How Much Mischief Different Children Can Tolerate. The Supplier Must Carry Out 150 Clown Visits Per Contract Year Divided Into Half Days. The Distribution Across The County Must Take Place Based On The Size Of The Business At The Various Clinics And Be Decided By The Business Managers.
