Facilities Management Services – Delegation Through Services Concession Of Radiopharmaceutical Production, Within The Radiopharmaceutical Laboratory – Fundamental Research Center In Translational Medicine – Transcend. The Proposed Contract Is A Service Concession Contract, Within The Meaning Of Law No. 100/2016, By Which Iro Iași (The Grantor) Delegates The Management Of The Production Activity Of The Radiopharmaceutical Fdg To A Selected Economic Operator (Concessionaire). The Manner Of Performance Requires The Concessionaire To Take Over And Operate The Radiopharmacy Laboratory Of The Iro, At Its Own Risk And Expense, Ensuring The Continuous Production Of Fdg Both For The Internal Needs Of The Iro And For Other Medical Facilities In The Region. The Concessionaire Will Have To Make The Initial Investments Necessary For The Effective Commissioning Of The Laboratory (Additional Purchases, Calibrations, Personnel, Gmp Documentation, Etc.), Obtain All The Authorizations And Approvals Necessary For Operation (The Cncan Authorization For The Use Of Radioactive Sources, Gmp Certification, Sanitary Authorizations, Etc.) And Start The Production Of Fdg Within The Term Assumed By The Offer. Contract Duration - 10 Years
